How do I book?
Use the Booking page to select a treatment, location, preferred date and available time, then submit your details. Treatment appointments require a non-refundable N$100 booking fee, paid to cell 081 388 7910. A General Consultation has no separate booking fee.
How much is a consultation?
A General Consultation is N$250 with no separate N$100 booking fee. Some treatments and clinically regulated products require consultation or professional approval.
Can I request an after-hours appointment?
Contact Vivaria to arrange an after-hours or overtime appointment. An additional N$200 is charged per session.
Where is Vivaria Medspa located?
Vivaria serves clients in Windhoek and Ongwediva.
How do I order products?
Eligible retail products can be added to cart. Regulated products use the consultation request workflow.
How can I pay?
Checkout currently accepts bank-transfer orders. Vivaria will send the banking details and confirm the order after the transfer is received.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Checkout includes local delivery for N$50 and NamPost for N$100, subject to business confirmation.
