General website, booking, ordering and payment terms for Vivaria Medspa.
Bookings submitted through the website are requests until confirmed by Vivaria Medspa. Treatment appointments require a non-refundable N$100 booking fee, payable to cell 081 388 7910. A General Consultation costs N$250 and does not require the separate N$100 booking fee. After-hours or overtime appointments incur an additional N$200 charge per session.
Product availability, pricing, service availability and delivery arrangements remain subject to confirmation. Bank-transfer orders remain unpaid until Vivaria confirms receipt of the funds.
Clinically regulated products and services may only be provided after any required professional assessment, prescription or approval. Website content must not be interpreted as a guarantee of specific outcomes.
